Does Ferouchi send emails on its own?

Sequences and campaigns you launch send automatically on the schedule you set. Replies to prospects are different: the AI drafts them, and a person on your team reviews and sends every one. Sequences stop automatically when a real person replies.

Which mailboxes can I connect?

Gmail, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. Each mailbox can be shared with the team or kept private to you and the teammates you choose.

How does the AI learn our voice?

Drafts copy the tone, length, greeting and sign-off of replies recently sent from the same mailbox — never the facts. Facts come only from the knowledge and instructions your team approves.

Can I use WhatsApp?

Yes, with the WhatsApp add-on. Connect your own WhatsApp Business account, use Meta-approved templates to start conversations, and reply from the same workspace. Contacts without consent are left out automatically.

Will it hurt my sender reputation?

Ferouchi includes warm-up, spreads sends across mailboxes within each one’s safe daily limit, and lowers or pauses a mailbox when bounces or complaints rise — and tells you why.
